Development Team Secretary (Maternity Cover) - Guildford

Job Description:

To provide an efficient and proactive secretarial support service to the team / department. This will be a varying role that will cover all areas of secretarial support across the Development department within a property consultancy firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provide full administrative support to all members of the team
  • Diary Management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Handling telephone calls, taking messages and covering phones
  • Updating and maintaining Outlook/Microsoft Dynamics contacts
  • Management and maintenance of electronic property files
  • Updating and/or formatting schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, marketing collateral, reports, pitches  and correspondence
  • Raising invoices, credit notes, managing disbursements and processing supplier invoices
  • Uploading web content for our Savills property search
  • Opening, closing and assisting with compliance checks
  • Filing and archiving
  • Audio typing
  • Minute taking
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, applicants and colleagues
  • Excellent knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Adobe is essential

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.
