Database Administrator - Salisbury

Job Description:

(4- 8 week contract) Based in Salisbury – But visiting other offices in the region, including Winchester and Newbury and possibly Bath and Wimborne

The Savills Rural Marketing team has a temporary vacancy for a database administrator who can review the information we hold on various systems and update this to:

  • Remove duplication of information across our systems
  • Update inaccurate data and out of date information
  • Ensure marketing mailing lists are updated to avoid waste and to optimise impact of marketing
  • Update key contacts and remove multiple key contacts to ensure centralised mailings are relevant

This role will involve travelling around our offices within the Southern region and meeting with members of our Rural division to obtain relevant information from them, and then using this information to update the systems.

Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics/ Reapit or an ability to learn
  • Good, clear confident and professional phone manner
  • Confident in liaising internally with all levels of staff within Savills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Familiarity with our business
  • Knowledge of salutations and titles is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative
  • Friendly, outgoing and professional
  • Ability to motivate professional members of the team to engage them in the process
