Savills wins Residential Property Adviser of the Year

Savills had a successful evening at the annual Estates Gazette National Awards last night (12 December 2013) where the company won the accolade for Residential Property Adviser of the year at the ceremony held at the London Hilton on Park Lane.

Head of Savills UK Residential Agency, Justin Marking, collected the award, which was sponsored by healthcare and nursing home developer Castlemead Care, from TV comedian Dara O’Brien. The judges said Savills has a very impressive full service offering, and highlighted that the firm is very transaction orientated, while offering strong research and lettings performance.

Mark Ridley, Chief Executive Officer of Savills UK, presented the National Property Company of the Year Award to client British Land. King’s Cross Central Partnership, on which Savills is the appointed joint agent, also won Deal of the Year for its one million sq ft letting to Google.
