Kia Motors gears up for newly refurbished HQ in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey

On behalf of Kia Motors (UK) Limited, Savills has agreed terms to lease the entire office space at Walton Green, Walton-on-Thames in its entirety from landlord Hibernian Capital.
The world’s fourth largest car manufacturer has agreed a new 15-year lease on the 30,757 sq ft (2,857 sq m) office building. Following an extensive refurbishment, which was completed in early December, Walton Green offers Grade A space over three floors with 172 car parking spaces.
Kia Motors is relocating from The Heights in Weybridge, where it has been based for the last eight years to allow the company to continue its remarkable expansion. Kia has grown in the UK new car market to become a major player in the volume sector, now selling more than 65,000 vehicles per year.
