Timpson gets a foot in the door at 54 High Street, Stamford

Savills, on behalf of a private vendor, has let retail space at 54 High Street, Stamford to Timpson Ltd at an annual rent of £14,500.

The shoe repair and key cutting service provider will relocate from its current premises on the same street to the 362 sq ft (34 sq m) ground floor retail and first floor office space on a new 10-year lease.

Situated 14 miles north of Peterborough, Stamford is an attractive and thriving market town with a population of approximately 20,000.  The unit is in a prime position and neighbouring occupiers include Santander and Thorntons.
