Cowgate, Peterborough welcomes two new tenants

Cowgate in Peterborough will welcome two new occupiers over the next couple of months. Reeds Rains the estate agency with 180 branches across the UK has taken retail space at 15 Cowgate, while national recruitment company Manpower UK Ltd will move into office accommodation at Britannic House. Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton are jointly appointed to market the properties by UKPH No 1 Ltd.
Reeds Rains has agreed a new five year lease on the ground floor of 15 Cowgate, which totals 1,316 sq ft (123 sq m). The retail unit which boasts a large, street-facing window, was marketed with an annual rent of £20,000.
Manpower UK Ltd has agreed a new 10-year lease on Britannic House which totals 1,291 sq ft (120 sq m) of office space. The refurbished unit was offered at a rent of £10,325 per annum.
