UBS welcomes ERC Equipoise to Stephenson House, Croydon

UBS Triton Property Fund, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has let space at Stephenson House, Croydon to ERC Equipoise.

The reservoir evaluation company, which was advised by Sinclair Clark, has agreed a new 10-year lease on 7,749 sq ft (720 sq m) of office space at an annual rent of £18.50 per sq ft (£199 per sq m).

Tom Mellows, director at Savills, comments: “Stephenson House has undergone significant refurbishment both internally and externally offering attractive, comprehensively equipped office space in a sought after location. ERC Equipoise will occupy part of the six floor, joining the likes of American Express, SNC Lavalin, Mitsubishi and Pension Protection Fund who already lease space in the building."

Stephenson House is a landmark office building located less than 500 meters from East Croydon train station. There is currently 27,000 sq ft (2,508 sq m) of space remaining available.
