Savills secures another instruction from the Southern Health NHS trust in Basingstoke

Savills has been appointed by Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust to bring to the market 8 Fairfields Road, Basingstoke at a guide price of £475,000.

The detached, three-storey property has an internal floor area of circa 2652 sq ft (238 sq m) and stands within a 0.11 acre (0.044 hectare) site with parking to the rear.

8 Fairfields Road is the second of two surplus properties Savills has recently been instructed to market on behalf of Southern Health; Hewat House in Gosport was sold unconditionally in June to a developer for conversion back to residential use.
