Sales success for Grupo Lar in Mexico City CBD

Savills has advised Spanish developer Grupo Lar on the disposition of a 1,800 sq m land site in Avenida Paseo de la Reforma, in Mexico City’s central business district (CBD). The land is currently vacant and the transaction was agreed with a private Mexican investor.

The site can accommodate a property of up to 54,000 sq m and has planning permission for commercial use, including offices, hotel and residential apartments.

Javier Kutz Clever, Head of Savills Mexico, says: “This transaction, in Mexico City’s key business district, shows that there is a strong appetite for well-located land sites in the city.”
