Savills welcomes two new tenants to Brixham Marina, Devon

Savills, on behalf of MDL Marinas, has let two units at Brixham Marina, Devon.
The Bay Coffee Company has agreed a new six-year lease on Unit Three at a quoting annual rent of £11.50 per sq ft (£124 per sq m). The coffee provider plans to convert the property, which totals 379 sq ft (35 sq m), into an ice-cream parlour. In addition, Unit Five comprising 449 sq ft (42 sq m) has been let as a gallery and store to Devon Driftwood Designs Ltd on a new three-year lease at a annual quoting rent of £13 per sq ft (£140 per sq m).
Ben Ross, from Savills Southampton, comments: “Brixham Marina is situated in the heart of the picturesque Devon town of Brixham. The recent lettings to The Bay Coffee Company and Devon Driftwood Designs are a positive addition which will create a new draw for the large number of visitors to MDL’s 500 berth marina.”
Savills management team has been responsible for the national MDL estate for nine years. The estate totals 19 marinas and 588,000 sq ft (54,645 sq m) across the South, South West and East Coasts.
