Savills welcomes two new tenants to Brixham Marina, Devon

Savills, on behalf of MDL Marinas, has let two units at Brixham Marina, Devon.

The Bay Coffee Company has agreed a new six-year lease on Unit Three at a quoting annual rent of £11.50 per sq ft (£124 per sq m).  The coffee provider plans to convert the property, which totals 379 sq ft (35 sq m), into an ice-cream parlour. In addition, Unit Five comprising 449 sq ft (42 sq m) has been let as a gallery and store to Devon Driftwood Designs Ltd on a new three-year lease at a annual quoting rent of £13 per sq ft (£140 per sq m).

The recent lettings to The Bay Coffee Company and Devon Driftwood Designs are a positive addition which will create a new draw for the large number of visitors to MDL’s 500 berth marina.”
