Hat-trick of deals secured at Westpoint, Old Trafford

Marcol, advised by Savills and Edwards & Co, has let office space at Westpoint on Chester Road, Old Trafford to the Central Manchester University Foundation Trust, which forms part of the NHS.
The Trust has agreed a new 5-year lease on 3,332 sq ft (310 sq m) of space where agents are quoting rents of £7.50 per sq ft (£81 per sq m).
This latest deal follows in the success of two other recent lettings at Westpoint which saw The Rating Agency take 1,219 sq ft (113 sq m) and The Rose Partnership acquire 1,616 sq ft (150 sq m), on 3 and 5-year leases respectively.
