Sales success at Borgarfjord 4, Stockholm

A private Swedish property company, advised by international real estate advisor Savills, has sold the Borgarfjord 4 office building in Kista, Sweden for SEK 114 million (£10.43 million). The buyer of the 15,476 sq m property is listed Swedish property company Klövern AB.

Located in Sweden’s main ICT hub just 10 minutes drive to the north west of Stockholm, the property is currently fully let to the Swedish world-leading telecommunications company Ericsson.
