Savills announces new Head of UK business

International real estate advisor Savills has today (14 June 2012) announced that as of 01 January 2013 Commercial Chairman, Mark Ridley, will become CEO of Savills UK, while current CEO and chairman of Savills L&P, Rupert Sebag-Montefiore, will concentrate entirely on his recent appointment as Head of Global Residential. The new roles follow an internal integration that will see the principal UK operating companies, Savills L&P and Commercial, combine under one holding company to become Savills UK from January 2013.

There will be no change to Savills current service offerings.
