RREEF Investment lets an additional 3,142 sq m space to Mutex at Le Prisme, Paris

Savills has advised landlord RREEF Investment on the  leasing of an additional 3,142 sq m of space at Le Prisme office building in Châtillon, south west Paris, to Mutex.  The French insurance firm, which already occupies 6,808 sq m of space at the property located on 125 Avenue de Paris, has agreed a new six-year lease for the total 9,950 sq m.

Le Prisme was constructed in 2006 and comprises a total of 14,000 sq m of office space.  Other tenants in the property include Accenture and AG2R La Mondiale.

Raymond Genre-Grandpierre, office agency director at Savills France, says: "Le Prisme is a high quality office property and the decision by Mutex to increase the amount of space they have there is evidence of this.  The leasing market in Ile-de-France continues to be dynamic as occupiers seek office space in the important business hub of Paris."
