Savills brings Bristol’s Mercure Brigstow Hotel to the market

Pedersen Hotels has instructed Savills to bring to the market the Mercure Brigstow Hotel in Bristol, at a guide price of £9 million, subject to an operational lease to Accor.

Centrally located the hotel overlooks Bristol’s floating harbour and has 116 bedrooms over seven floors, many with river views. Four meeting rooms and a break-out area cater for the corporate market, and the hotel also has a bar and restaurant, the latter looking out over the Avon.
