Butlers Ltd takes unit at the Exchange Shopping Centre, Putney

BlackRock UK Property Fund, advised by Savills, has let retail space at The Exchange Shopping Centre in Putney London to Butlers Trading Limited.

The German homewares retailer has agreed a 10-year lease on Unit 8, which comprises 3,022 sq ft (281 sq m), and will pay an annual rent of £122,000.

Rob Hargreaves, Associate Director at Savills, comments: “Located on Putney’s high street, the Exchange Shopping Centre’s popularity among clothing and lifestyle brands is representative of the enduring demand for prime quality retail space in affluent London suburbs despite challenging economic conditions.”
