Phill Andrew Appointed Acting Managing Director Of Savills Project Management

07 August 2012

Savills has announced the appointment of Phill Andrew as Acting Managing Director of Savills Project Management.

Mr Andrew will hold the national role in the absence of current Savills Project Management Managing Director Greg Incoll, who is undertaking an extensive education course overseas until 30 June 2013.

Sydney-based Mr Andrew has previously held the role of NSW General Manager for Savills Project Management, which will now be filled internally by David Nicholas.

Paul McLean, Savills Australia CEO, said this succession from within highlights the strength and depth of experience of the national Savills Project Management team.

“Phill Andrew has been with the business for 15 years as an established leader in the project management sector, and in this new role he will drive the continued growth of our key national relationships and overall service offering in this important part of our business,” Mr McLean said.

Mr Incoll is undertaking a one year executive education training course at St Andrews University in Scotland.

Savills Project Management is a national business providing a fully integrated suite of project management and advisory services to the property and infrastructure sectors, from project inception through to successful completion.

It is a division of Savills, one of the fastest-growing property groups in Australia, with more than 800 staff across 13 offices. Savills has a network of over 500 offices and associates in 45 countries.
