Kutchenhaus expands at Kings Park, Manchester to create UK HQ

The German kitchen manufacturer already occupies 13,000 sq ft (1,207 sq m) of space at the scheme and has now agreed a new 10-year lease on a further 11,000 sq ft (1,021 sq m) to create a significant new UK headquarters.

Stuart Murray, industrial director at Savills, comments: “Kings Park benefits from a superb location within the renowned Trafford Park industrial scheme and is therefore a perfect setting for an established international brand such as Kutchenhaus to base its UK headquarters.”

Following the Kutchenhaus deal, there is just one unit remaining at the scheme, which extends to 6,728 sq ft.
