Ferrovial signs up at Chiswick Tower, W4

Ferrovial, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has acquired space from Canmoor at Chiswick Tower in Chiswick, W4.

The leading developer of transport and infrastructure has agreed a new five-year lease on office space totalling 5,000 sq ft (464 sq m) and will pay an annual rent of £28 per sq ft (£301 per sq m).

Located above Gunnersbury station, Chiswick Tower totals 140,000 sq ft (13,006 sq m) of office space arranged over 17 floors. Other tenants include BSI Systems and Konami.
