Savills identifies challenges and opportunities at Scottish Property Outlook:

Challenges and opportunities identified across all sectors including PRS; residential; commercial; rural and mixed use.

More than 300 professionals, from right across Scotland’s property sector, will be gathering in Glasgow on Friday 8th September to hear about the latest trends, challenges and opportunities facing Scotland’s property sector.

The event, Chaired by BBC Scotland’s Mhairi Stuart, will feature a keynote presentation by Rich de Blaby, Executive Deputy Chairman of Get Living who will provide his insights in to the fast expanding build to rent and PRS sectors in Scotland.  The event will also include overviews of the UK and Scottish residential market; the Scottish rural property market; the new homes and mixed use markets; and the commercial property market, with a particular look at Brexit.

Nick Penny, Head of Savills in Scotland said:  “Our Scottish Property Outlook event series is well established with short, presentations containing up to date statistics, identifying both challenges and opportunities.  In a single hour delegates have the opportunity to hear from experts who really do have their fingers on the pulse of their respective sectors, helping them make business decisions in the coming months.  We are particularly looking forward to hearing from Rich de Blaby who will talk about one of the fastest growing sectors of Scottish property market, PRS.”
