North Wales caravan park market continues to prove popular following sale of Pen Y Pentre

Savills, on behalf of a park operator, has sold Pen Y Pentre Caravan Park in Powys, North Wales to a private buyer from a guide price of £895,000.

Pen Y Pentre Caravan Park is located in rural north Wales with a site area of circa six acres (2.43 hectares). The park has planning permission and site licence for 35 static caravans and one residential mobile home, it also benefits from a 12 month unrestricted holiday season. A three bedroom owner’s property was included in the sale.
