New duo to head Savills West End office agency team

10 July 2017

Savills has today announced the recruitment of two new directors to head its West End office agency team.  The duo, Hunter Booth and Ed Betts, will jointly take on the position from existing head Tracy Collins, who has been in the role for 12 years and will continue in a senior client facing role.

Hunter Booth, a former director of West End Agency at JLL, has experience in advising clients on tenant representation instructions across the West End.  He has been with JLL since 2006 and was based in the firm’s Hong Kong office for almost three years during the time period 2011-2014.

Ed Betts started his career over 12 years ago at DTZ before moving to H2SO property consultants, who were acquired in 2014 by Colliers International.  He has been at Colliers International for over three years.

Mark Ridley, CEO of Savills UK and Europe, comments: “The West End market continues to beat market expectations and we are delighted to be joined by such highly regarded individuals.  Tracy has done a fantastic job at building the existing team and I would like to thank him for this and his support in welcoming both Hunter and Ed to Savills.”

“Having worked closely with Ed for the past 12 years, we are sorry to see him go, but proud of his achievements and wish him well," said Paul Smith, Director & Co-Head, London Offices at Colliers International.

Hunter Booth and Ed Betts will be based at Savills Margaret Street offices.
