Two victories on the trot for Savills at The Property Marketing Awards 2014

Savills scooped the award for the Best Research Campaign for the second year in a row at the Estates Gazette annual Property Marketing Awards, held at BAFTA on Thursday 26th June.

The most prestigious awards in the industry, Savills was recognised for its highly successful ‘In Numbers’ campaign which provides in depth but accessible insights into the local property market.  Whilst being a heavily data orientated campaign, it remains highly engaging, specifically designed so that the information is as concise and easy to digest as possible.

Charlotte Wright, Head of London Marketing comments: ‘We are delighted that one of our more data driven campaigns has been recognised for this award. Our aim was to make the work of our research team more accessible to our clients so they could use it in a practical and local way. The principle creative concept was to use household aspects  to create a suite of numbers, which provided a visual link between the data and the property sector.’

The campaign was fully integrated and extended across a variety of platforms and mediums including  the web, EDM, print, point of sale, PR and social media.
