Bob McGriff Joins Savills Studley’s San Diego Office as a Corporate Managing Director

Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate services firm specializing in tenant representation, is pleased to announce that Bob McGriff has joined the firm’s San Diego office as a Corporate Managing Director. McGriff specializes in industrial services, focusing on supply chain management and logistics strategies.

In June 2016, Savills Studley acquired Cresa Carolinas where McGriff was a Principal of the firm. “Bob was involved in numerous significant transactions in Charlotte and Raleigh and brings his valuable expertise to San Diego, where he was born and raised,” said Mike Labelle, Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of the San Diego office.

McGriff represents both investors in and occupiers of industrial and office real estate and clients include Husqvarna, Atlas Copco, Ebay Enterprise, 3M Corp, Michelin Tires and XPO Logistics.

Prior to joining Cresa Carolinas, McGriff was with the Staubach Company and Jones Lang LaSalle.

McGriff graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
