JJR Cleaners Take Dandenong Lease

Building cleaning services firm, JJR Enterprise, has agreed terms on a new office/warehouse lease at Dandenong in Melbourne’s south-east in a deal brokered by Savills Australia.

The 18-20 Elliot Road property comprises a 3,250 square metre facility including more than 3,000 square metres of high bay warehousing, and a massive 4,250 square metres of side and rear hardstand, on an 8,555 square metre site with 40 on-site car spaces.

The property is located between Hammond and Dandenong-Frankston Road with easy access to the Dandenong Bypass and EastLink and Monash freeways.

According to Savills Senior Executive Paul Jones, who negotiated the deal, with Director, Kosta Filinis, the property was leased on a three year term at a rental of $240,000 per annum net.

Mr Jones said the large hardstand area was of significant interest.

"There aren’t many buildings these days with less than 60 percent site coverage. This property offered 54 percent and with hardstand a key requirement, the property was well suited to JJR’s needs.

"The fact that it was in such a great location in terms of access to freeways was also important," Mr Jones said.

The lessor was a private Melbourne investor.
