Savills Residence celebrates Just Living soft opening

Savills Residence has recently introduced a new serviced apartment product under the brand Just Living. The brand emulates style, flexibility and convenience, and is an exciting evolution from the more traditional serviced apartment set-up, establishing a new benchmark of cosmopolitan leasing. The first Just Living project has celebrated its soft opening this September in Tianjin recently.

Just Living off to a good start

The soft opening of Just Living in September coincides with peak season in the local leasing market, which the project hopes to capitalise on by taking advantage of the increased demand which will in turn raise occupancy performance. Aside from the already committed clients who signed up shortly after preleasing opened, up to a few dozen prospective clients are currently in negotiation. The grand opening, which is scheduled in the fourth quarter, will start with a client appreciation party which will also feature inside information from the designers about their concept for the space.
