Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - London

Job Description

We have an immediate requirement for an administration assistant to work on site at a new development in Central London.

The role involves call answering and all other aspects of office management and administration, including assisting with sales viewings.

You will be enthusiastic, energetic and efficient with a polite telephone manner. You will be able to work under  your own initiative, be highly organised and disciplined. You will be able to work within a busy team and have a personable manner.

Regular hours are between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will most likely have a min of 1 year's experience working in an office, have basic to good typing skills and be fully familiar with word and excel spreadsheets. Knowledge of  database applications also important.
