Savills’ Bristol Development team are instructed by Bath Spa University to advise on its property strategy. Following a Strategy Report in 2004 relating to the University’s existing properties. Savills were instructed to sell Somerset Place, and to assist the University in acquiring a site for a new academic facility in the centre of Bath.
