Bespoke marketing strategies will be tailored for individual client needs, and this strategy is then seen through to the occupation of the tenant.  In depth knowledge of specific leisure operators enables a targeted approach and therefore shorter letting periods. 

Acquisition work is undertaken having agreed a detailed brief with the client, sourcing suitable opportunities and negotiating the best terms.  We are currently retained by Greens Health and Fitness who have recently re-launched their standalone requirement.
