Bella Italia Sails Into Ocean Plaza, Southport
Standard Life Investment Fund, advised by Savills, has let Unit B at Ocean Plaza in Southport to Tragus.
The restaurant operator will trade as Bella Italia and has agreed a new 15-year lease on the unit totalling 2,890 sq ft (268 sq m). Tragus will pay an annual rent of £60,690.
Other tenants at the scheme include Nando’s, Premier Bowl and Vue Cinema.
Tragus was unrepresented.
