Jimmy Spices signs at Northminster leisure scheme, Peterborough
AXA Sun Life Plc, represented by Savills, has recently let space at Northminster Leisure Scheme in Peterborough to East & West Restaurants 6 Ltd.
Trading as Jimmy Spices, the multi-cuisine restaurant operator has agreed a new 20-year lease on a unit totalling 9,805 sq ft (910 sq m) and will pay an annual rent of £98,050.
David Bell, Savills, comments: "Jimmy Spices has rapidly established itself as a leading restaurant operator and will add a superb new dimension to the existing tenant mix at Northminster Leisure Scheme."
Other operators at the scheme include Lakeside Bowl and Luminar.
East & West Restaurants 6 Ltd was unrepresented.
