Andrew specialises in Commercial Leisure Investment which forms an integral part of the Out of Town Retail Warehouse Investment team. He has experience in the buying and selling of large, multi-let leisure schemes; smaller market dominating schemes or solus units. Andrew works closely alongside the Leisure/Retail Agency team to ensure investors are given accurate occupational advice, and also strategic asset management advice to maximise values.

David specialises in development, asset management and agency advice for a variety of private and institutional clients. He focuses on driving performance out of leisure assets through active asset management, tenant engineering in existing schemes, letting and design advice on new developments.

Petra heads up the Leisure Agency and occupational division with the In-Town Retail team. She specialises in development of new mixed use/multi-let projects; agency input into existing schemes and asset management/tenant engineering to maximise value. Petra will link up at an early stage with Andrew McGregor in the Investment team to ensure continuity of advice on value and strategy.
