Paul is a Director of Savills and Chartered Project Management Surveyor within the Building Consultancy Department having joined Savills in 1989. Paul works within our London Office Project Management Team specialising in occupier fitting out, refurbishment and due diligence.

Paul has strong leadership skills necessary to drive projects through to completion, with an eye for detail.

Benjamin specialises in project management, contract administration and project monitoring to investors, the public sector, and corporate end user clients. Through a natural progression from building surveying and a strong believer in communication and transparency, Benjamin is able to appreciate client requirements, conveying information at all levels, ensuring that overall objectives are achieved.
